By accessing and using the Rafiki Tours website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in the currency displayed and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Liability & Safety
Rafiki Tours takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests. However, participation in tours and activities is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours. All participants are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
